6. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for services is due at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds for services and packages are not provided once the service has been delivered or the package has been initiated. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will strive to address them to your satisfaction.
