7. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed in a timely manner but shipping times are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Returns & Refunds (Retail Products)

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons:

  • All supplement, skincare, and makeup sales are final

  • No returns or refunds on opened, used, or tampered products

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payment plans must be completed in full.

b. Cancellations

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged 100% of the service fee

c. Refund Policy

All services, digital products, programs, memberships, and lab services are non-refundable once initiated.

Lab services may be fulfilled by third-party providers. Elements Health and Skin LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes related to third-party labs.
